When you send a quote request we receive your name, email address, phone number, the details of your request and any document you attach.
Why we use it
We use this data only to prepare a quote, carry out your order and contact you about it. We do not use it for advertising and we do not sell it.
Your documents
Documents you send are accessible only to the staff and translators working on your order, who are bound by confidentiality.
How long we keep it
We keep request data and documents only as long as needed for the order and for legal obligations, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what data we hold about you, and request its correction or deletion, by writing to office@tbilisitranslations.com.
