Passport translation

Notaries, banks and the Public Service Hall in Georgia often ask for a notarized translation of a foreign passport, with your name written in Georgian exactly as it will appear in every later document.

When you need it

  • Buying or selling property at a notary
  • Opening a bank account or registering a company
  • Marriage registration at the Public Service Hall
  • Residence permit applications

What to send us

  • A clear scan or photo of the passport data page
  • Georgian documents that already show your name, so the spelling matches
  • Visa or stamp pages only if the institution asks for them

How a notarized translation works

  1. 1

    Send your document

Upload a scan or photo through the form, or send it on WhatsApp or Telegram. We reply with a price and a deadline.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, keeping names, dates and stamps exactly as in the original.

  3. 3

    Notary certification

The translator signs the translation and a notary certifies the signature. You collect it at our office or we arrange delivery.
