Bank statement translation

Embassies, migration services and universities ask for bank statements or account certificates as proof of funds. Statements are priced per page, so a short account certificate costs less than a long transaction history.

When you need it

  • Proof of funds for visas and residence permits
  • Study applications abroad
  • Tax and audit procedures
  • Loan and mortgage applications

What to send us

  • The statement as a PDF from online banking, or a scan with the bank's stamp
  • Only the pages the institution needs, usually the summary and recent months

How a notarized translation works

  1. 1

    Send your document

Upload a scan or photo through the form, or send it on WhatsApp or Telegram. We reply with a price and a deadline.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, keeping names, dates and stamps exactly as in the original.

  3. 3

    Notary certification

The translator signs the translation and a notary certifies the signature. You collect it at our office or we arrange delivery.

Questions about this document

Does a bank statement need notary certification?

Not always. Some institutions accept a translation without it, so ask the one you are applying to. If they require it, the notary certification costs 12.08 ₾ for a one-page document.

How are pages with tables counted?

A page is 1800 characters with spaces in the finished translation, so statements with sparse tables often come to fewer pages than the original.
