Contract translation

One loosely translated obligation or deadline can change what the parties agreed. Contracts are translated at the legal rate by translators who work with legal texts, and a notary certifies the translation when the receiving institution asks for it.

When you need it

  • Sale, lease and loan agreements
  • Employment and service contracts
  • Agreements with foreign partners and suppliers
  • Documents for notaries, banks and courts

What to send us

  • The full contract with every annex, as an editable file if you have one
  • Terms the parties have already agreed on, such as earlier translations or a glossary
  • The signing date, if the deadline is fixed

How a notarized translation works

  1. 1

    Send your document

Upload a scan or photo through the form, or send it on WhatsApp or Telegram. We reply with a price and a deadline.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, keeping names, dates and stamps exactly as in the original.

  3. 3

    Notary certification

The translator signs the translation and a notary certifies the signature. You collect it at our office or we arrange delivery.
