Company registry extract translation

Banks, notaries and foreign partners ask for a registry extract to see who owns and represents a company. We translate extracts from the Georgian business register for use abroad, and foreign extracts into Georgian for opening a bank account or registering a branch in Georgia.

When you need it

  • Opening a company bank account
  • Registering a branch or subsidiary
  • Tenders and contracts with foreign partners
  • Company transactions at a notary

What to send us

  • The extract as a PDF or scan, with its apostille if it was issued abroad
  • The company name in Latin script, if it is already registered, so it matches

How a notarized translation works

    Send your document

Upload a scan or photo through the form, or send it on WhatsApp or Telegram. We reply with a price and a deadline.

  2. 2

    Sworn translation

A sworn translator translates the document, keeping names, dates and stamps exactly as in the original.

  3. 3

    Notary certification

The translator signs the translation and a notary certifies the signature. You collect it at our office or we arrange delivery.

Questions about this document

How recent must the extract be?

There is no single rule: banks and notaries often ask for a recently issued extract. Check their requirement before ordering, because an outdated extract will need a new translation.

How is the price calculated?

An extract is a legal document, so it is priced at 15 ₾ per page. Notary certification adds 12.08 ₾ for a one-page document.
