Frequently asked questions
Short answers to the questions we hear most often.
What is a notarized translation?
It is a translation signed by the translator, whose signature is certified by a notary. Most official institutions require this form for foreign-language documents.
How long does a notarized translation take?
Standard documents such as certificates and passports are usually ready within one or two business days. Larger documents take longer; you receive the exact deadline with your quote.
How much does a translation cost?
Translation from English, Russian or Turkish starts at 12.50 ₾ per page. A passport translation with notary certification costs 22.58 ₾ in total. Every rate is listed on our prices page.
Do I need to bring the original document?
A clear scan or photo is enough to prepare a quote and start the translation. For notary certification the notary may need to see the original or a certified copy — we will tell you in advance.
Can you help with an apostille?
Yes. We explain whether your document needs an apostille or consular legalization and in which order the translation should be made, and we support you with the submission.
Can I order without visiting the office?
Yes. You can send documents through the form, by email, WhatsApp or Telegram, and we can arrange delivery of the finished translation.
Do you provide interpreters for the notary or court?
Yes. We provide sworn interpreters for notary appointments, court hearings, the Public Service Hall and other official procedures.
